Fare Information

　The most common meter charges 100 yen for every 231 meters, with an initial fare of 500 yen. Additionally, when traveling at 10 km/h or less, or when stopped, the meter charges 100 yen for every 1 minute and 25 seconds.

　Any tolls, parking fees, and other charges incurred during the ride will be billed separately.

　◎ Same-Day Bookings

　Bookings made up to 30 minutes before your pickup time will be accepted as same-day bookings; any requests made earlier than that will be treated as reservations.

　Service Options

　① Metered Fare (starting at 500 yen) + Pickup Fee (500 yen). The meter will begin running upon our arrival at the pickup location (pickups at airports and train stations are generally charged at the charter rate).

　② Charter Rate: In cases where waiting or return trips are lengthy, or when the itinerary involves more waiting time than travel time, the charter rate will apply starting from the moment we arrive at the pickup location.

　60 minutes: 6,900 yen and up; for every 10 minutes thereafter: +1,150 yen

　+ Distance Surcharge: For every 10 kilometers traveled: +1,150 yen

　+ Return Trip Fee: Based on the distance traveled from the drop-off location to the center of our service area (or from the pickup location to the center of our service area), +1,150 yen for every 10 kilometers exceeded

+ Airport/Station Pickup (Drop-off) Waiting Fee (depending on waiting time and method): +1,150 yen and up *For airport and station pickups, the charter period will begin at the specified time or upon the arrival of your flight or train.

　Service Details

　① Meter fare + pickup fee + 2,000 yen (If the total of meter fare and pickup fee is between 8,000 and 10,000 yen, the charge is 10,000 yen; no additional charge applies if the total exceeds 10,000 yen). The meter will be turned on at your scheduled reservation time.

　② Charter Fee: 6,900 yen for 30 minutes and up. The charter period will begin at the time of your reservation.

　② Private Charter Rate: 10,350 yen and up. The private charter will begin at the time of your reservation.

　◎ Other Fees

　◯ Expressway Tolls for Return Trips: For trips to distant locations (drop-offs or pickups), with your consent, we will charge expressway tolls incurred when returning to our service area (or traveling from there to pick you up).

　◯ Late-Night Surcharge: If your trip spans the hours of 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, a 20% surcharge will apply during that time.

　*We will handle situations involving inclement weather, natural disasters, and traffic conditions flexibly.

　◎Important Notice

　Please note that the assigned driver may be unable to arrive due to traffic conditions, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, etc. While we will make every effort to arrange a replacement, please understand that this may not always be possible.

Although we operate using Alphard vehicles, our pricing follows the most common meter system in the Osaka area: ¥100 per 231 meters.

Our charter rates are also set according to the same standard.

Whether you have 4-5 passengers with a lot of luggage, 2-3 passengers wanting a spacious ride, or are using a charter for visits or sightseeing, there are no special charges for using an Alphard vehicle. You can use our service with confidence.
